Under Fifteen Minutes - Finally

I just had to update anyone who is following my exercise schedule. This morning I did my mile in 14:45. I made my goal. Wahoo! After my run I worked on strength training for about twenty minutes. Now I'm shooting for a mile in 10:00. It will take me a little while, but I will keep you all posted. It just feels so good to make my body so happy.
